If a student is well prepared and has studied the topics and practiced over a long period of time, the student may be able to become calm and relaxed knowing that he or she can answer the exam with confidence. </p> <p>If the student knows he/she lacked in preparation, anxiety, doubts and worries will prevail. I have experienced this and for me this is true to life experience.</p>
