So the two people play a major role and there's none of them that actually have the bigger role the roles are actually shared equally and if the leader fails then the community fails, and if the members also fail then the leaders also fail and that is how it is too with success. So it is not just in the blockchain alone but everywhere, leaders must not neglect the importance of membership and so also must members to<\/p>","appTitle":"Who is responsible to the growth of Communities on the Steem blockchain?
