json_metadata | "{"musingAppVersion":"1.1","appCategory":"community","appTags":["community","steem","steemchurch","question","musing"],"app":"musing\/1.1","appParentAuthor":"uyobong","appDepth":2,"musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","appParentPermlink":"p34eh2qzq","musingPostType":"answer","appBody":"<p><em><strong>I believe it's a collective responsibility, a community is as good as its members and its leaders and if in any situation any of the two parties that makes up the community (leaders & members) falters in their responsibilities then they will collectively suffer<\/strong><\/em> the consequences despite the fact that it was only caused by one of them.<\/p>\n<p>The members in a community expected to help the leaders achieve the goal of developing themselves which equals development of the community to,<em><strong> i believe that when members of the community are growing then the community is also growing and there's no better way to actually grow than taking part in collective responsibilities<\/strong><\/em> so if a community fails to work hand-in-hand with their leaders then they may not be any growth at all because there is no cooperation which brings about results and achievements of aims and objectives.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The leader's duties are to make sure that they make laws, rules and regulation as well as bringing in initiative that can actually develop themselves and the community and the member's duties are actually to follow the laws and regulation and respect the leaders ability to lead<\/strong><\/em> so when they do this then the two parties that makes up a community can bring development to themselves walking hand-in-hand cooperating with themselves. So the two people play a major role and there's none of them that actually have the bigger role the roles are actually shared equally and if the leader fails then the community fails, and if the members also fail then the leaders also fail and that is how it is too with success. So it is not just in the blockchain alone but everywhere, leaders must not neglect the importance of membership and so also must members to<\/p>","appTitle":"Who is responsible to the growth of Communities on the Steem blockchain?
