When a username can be used as a wallet address it becomes most easy from the view point of user's experience. Nonetheless there is less chance of a mistake or error while submitting any withdrawal form and in case of long-string wallet address a user has to be little extra cautious always.

Therefore to conclude, I would always prefer username based wallet address as my crypto wallet.

Thank you and Have a great day.

"

Lol XD

After reading your question I was immediately reminded of Byteball as they created a way to allow one to send any token to a wallet address that can be connected to an email and can also be connected to a username.

In short you have three options as to what address you would like to use to send money to, making things much more simpler and easier. You can either send it via username, via email or via wallet address.

But if I have to choose only one, I would choose "username" as a wallet addresses for the sole reason of "easy memorization".

I've read an article months ago trying to explain why wallet addresses like Bitcoin have to be that complex. The reason was Bitcoin addresses contain a built-in check code, making it near impossible to send Bitcoins to a mistyped address.

If we just took that reason out of the equation and add a simple layer to any crypto out there to check for mistyped addresses, I think we can all agree that an easy wallet address to remember is much more preferrable than a long complex one.
