Hey Rowan! I've come to wish you all the best for this new year.  seems like you are also trying to improve your health, kudos for that! I plan on joining the gym this month, not because it's the new year but simply because I have to buy shoes and something to wear first lol (nothing fancy but I don't have sneakers or suitable clothes lol). It will help a lot that the gym is like across the street and this will avoid me from thinking I don't feel like going after a while (I hope). Nah, I think it will be fine, after all, I also quit smoking out of the blue and without looking back one single day.. I can do that :) So can you! Hopefully, your health issues will improve after these changes! I have noticed that quitting smoking has seriously improved some things here, and I'm convinced going to the gym will help me clear my mind even more. Have a great day ! :)
