Thank you @trucklife-family!  I started to write this a week and a half ago, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized that everything we do is either harmful, neutral or preventative.  It was difficult to not make it 18 pages!!  lol  Such a great topic for the @Naturalmedicine challenge.
