## Good morning my fellow Steemians,

Today morning I walked around home garden how vegetables growing. I saw faster growing vine one of place. It's *Spinach.* I know lot of people know about this vine. But don't know lot of things about nutritious things. In this post I want to write more about spinach. I want to say big thanks to my nearest uncle who was said more about spinach. I contain his words to this blog.

Would you like to get the most nutrition in one meal? If so, there is a salad that you should add to the dish. That's spinach. Iron-cooked spinach is essential for a strong body. Therefore, our anemia is a serious problem and women should make spinach a staple. It is healthful to obtain iron with low calorie, fat-free spinach rather than iron in meat.

It is best to cook half of the spinach as it will destroy many nutrients. The juice of spinach leaves is added to the soup to give it a nice green color. Don't buy ripe spinach leaves. Choose spinach leaves that are soft and not crunchy. Avoid washing spinach leaves before putting them in the fridge. The washed leaves deteriorate quickly. Cooked spinach is not recommended in the fridge. Spinach is allergic to some, however beneficial. Such people should not add spinach to their diet.

It is not suitable for patients with mucous membranes. Spinach is a bit difficult to digest because it is so nutritious. Spinach should not be eaten when you are not hungry. Eating spinach without being hungry fills the stomach. Spinach cultivation requires a well drained place. Weeds are to be weeded out, the ground rolled up and the soil dug up. Drainage should be improved by placing raised beds in areas where drainage is weak.

If the cultivation is maintained for a long period of time, after about four weeks of planting, place a fly over the soil at a height of 1 to 1 1/2 feet above the ground level. Poultry manure is widely used. Dung fertilizers are preferred but commercial growers are reluctant to use them because they are more susceptible to weeds.
