It's not yet proven, but strongly suspected, that many of these "mass killings" are psy-op false flag incidents specifically to bring gun control into being, or even conditioning the masses to accept the self driving cars that they're going to impose on us eventually. (with the help of the drugs and probably a sketchy government connected shrink, but I'm only speculating in a spontaneous comment here) Historically all of the worst dictators started their reign by disarming the people. If one follows the historical patterns from Cecil Rhodes to the Milner Group to the CFR to Agenda 21 and so on, the confusion behind the motive behind all of these strange incidents will begin to disperse.
