This week Amnesty International released it's latest report into conditions in Syria. Entitled [“War of Annihilation – Devastating Toll On Civilians, Raqqa – Syria’’](WAR%20OF%20ANNIHILATION.%20DEVASTATING%20TOLL%20ON%20CIVILIANS%20RAQQA-SYRIA.pdf). Their investigation has produced a devastating indictment of the American led operation to recapture Raqqa. It details the War Crimes committed by America and their French and British allies.
