More will be revealed over time. The fact that nobody appears to have been harmed is, to me, pretty odd. Sounds like this was all premeditated. Also, it's not like you can just launch a strike like this in a minutes notice -- there WAS planning, States were told ahead of time, people were evacuated.... It's all very strange.
