Worry is a fancy way we humans trick ourselves into thinking we can predict the future.  People found ways to see much evil in our recent election.  Many strange things were said about Trudeau.  Once the dust settled, many facebook comments were deleted.  I'm not political but I am an observer of society.  I see a lot of people getting worked up and using worry as the driving force.  I say, stick to your guns, be your individual, but do not worry.

I should add to this worry thing.  I'm not saying don't be concerned about the things you care about.  The worry part consumes the mind and clouds judgement.  It creates fear within.  Being afraid is never a good thing.

Fear in the fighters mind causes the fighter to wait so they can defend themselves from the first shot of what they fear.  The prepared fighter channels their opponents fear into a calculated first strike.  You're right, survival does depend on us experiencing fear, then doing something about it.  

I'm a stone, yet a snake in the grass still triggers a startled feeling.  I won't kill the snake, I won't run from the snake.  I'll strike first, by walking away.  I'm getting too deep for my own good and probably not making much sense.  Fear is hard to put into words, but I am not afraid.  The snake is gone though and I'm happy it did not bite me out of fear.
