Merry Christmas.. Happy New Year @scrawly! Perception is always quite interesting. I like how your painting depicts this through shadow. Nice twist. I always enjoyed that about watching an art class paint the same still life or landscape or whatever. At the end all of the paintings look different but also have a common thread. So I guess one could say that our perceptions, which are uniquely different, may also carry a similar familiarity. Now take away my sense of sight, and all I hear is the beauty in this birds song as it chirps and tweets high among the branches. lol Awesome choice in colors.. blues and greens, especially these shades, are my fav's to put together.

I find it wonderful too that we are so different than one another, but also frustrating sometimes. Especially in terms of ideological concepts, I often have heated arguments with my friends because I expect them to have similar point of view with me. I guess it's just human to be so unique.
