Supporting the ones with good potential is a fabulous idea. There are many new authors out there with brilliant posts but do not get enough credit for their work,that truly breaks my heart. I myself found it very tough to be noticed here in the start, even if my goal was to help other people.

I do not really know any active members on steemit to vouch for me. Everyone here in comments called for their friend/group members to vouch for them but I got noone who will vouch for me even if I have the right intentions. I am really disappointed @acidyo
