Captain Jack Sparrow of the series "Pirates of the Caribbean" is a fictional character. That's not our focus, I just thought I should at least say something about the picture I put up. The first picture above was drawn by a fellow steemian, @stephennevets.  Purposely, I put the drawing and the original side by side because I, myself was trying to see the level of resemblance between them so, I decided to let you see the same too.

I deliberately converted this challenge to a promotion for @stephennevets as I am trying to gain some recognition for him with the little rep I have.. He's a really good artist but he's got some really low payouts and I don't have enough SP to reward his great works. So, let's put hands together to support good content creators all around steemit.
