Reclaimed Front Porch Swing!

My folks neighbor was planning to get rid of this outdoor bench swing. I just so happen to have the hooks on the front porch of my Airbnb house in town, so I grabbed it off him.

It's gonna be a great addition to the southern drink your tea on the porch springtime ambiance :) I am looking to sell the house so I can pursue my homestead and traveling with the Surthrival trailer to show off it's capabilities. Anything I can do to increase curb appeal is a plus I think.

What are y'alls thoughts? If anyone has some feedback or ideas on improvements I'd love to hear from you in the comments.

That's a really nice looking place my friend. I will for sure spread the word around. Michigan has become so oppressive with taxes! I heard they just hiked the gas tax by  $0.45 recently from @amberyooper.

another housing crash is coming to north america and i dont believe prices will go back up for a decade this time since the bankers wont bail everyone out this time.
