Yes, they are measurable..by consciousness, first and foremost. We can change our vibration by being aware of our thought patterens and thus changing them...however, there are other ways, such as meditation, which is simply being present and harnessing that magic without the influence of thoughts. As we change our vibration, I believe that it is possible to align to another version of reality. What do you believe ?
