If you look around lately this is not how it is being used.   It is being used to focus exclusively on the microaggressions.    In fact they'll watch someones expression and say "see another microaggression".

The conversation really isn't a conversation at that point it is just a chance for someone to focus on microaggressions.

I say it plainly.  FUCK MICROAGGRESSIONS.    They are either full on aggression or check your desire to challenge microaggressions at the door.   If you are uncertain of the intent rather than making an assumption on the intent do what historically has occurred in conversations "Ask".
