The thing that inspired me was that PDF.   Some of those microaggression topics were pretty ridiculous.   You have to operate off of an assumption for many of those things.   Which acting off of the assumption is worse than a microaggression IMO.   Ask about it if you are assuming... find out rather than reacting to a perceived microaggression.

I've also spoken people who would almost be in a constant state of microaggression due to their expressions and body language, yet that is simply who they are.

You know I appreciate you.  So don't take anything I said to you as lashing out at you.   My FUCK MICROAGGRESSIONS was me throwing my hands wide and saying it out loud.

So next time I see an example (regardless of the source) I'll share it with you on slack or something.   I don't go out of my way to look for them.   They really irritate me when I see them.
