I was oatly refering to have sad feelings where it can help to discuss the with others!
If I do have negative feelings about another person and will mostly not ventilate them! It happens but that means that they have crossed a border. In those situations is results in a full frontal attack. I consider myself as a friendly person with the heart at the right place but when the bucket is full it has to be emptied 😁 and not by just removing a cup of water from it!
