I can get down with the sentiment you expressed in this piece.  I think people in our country and maybe the world in general have lost sight of the goal for happiness.  They believe that success will make them happy and thus conclude that if they are unsuccessful they should be unhappy.  On the other side of that coin, you have people that find success only to find that happiness eludes them all the same.  Thanks for sharing this thought provoking piece.

The rich man is not he who has the most, 
But rather,
**He who Needs the Least**
I'm as guilty as anyone of lusting after *Stuff* **and** money, but
I still don't want big, fast cars, huge houses etc... I just want
Enough, for me and for me to be able to share, with
Confidence that my security isn't at risk. I'm 
Older now, and risk scares me.
A lot.
