I definitely find that with meditation I feel more in control of myself - meaning my actions - I am much more productive. So your way of looking at it makes sense. I would love to do another retreat but no plans as yet. I definitely recommend Nepal as a location, such a beautiful country. South- east Asia would probably have lots of good options too.
