Oh! Sorry I was not very clear!  I wonder if people really ski on those high ski jumps when they are full of snow?!  This  would seem very dangerous to me as it would be very slippery and difficult to control!

Both the tracks in the tower part and on the downslope are supposed to be slippery. The jumpers come down at a speed of about 100 km/h. It would be extremely dangerous to land on anything non-slippery. Here's a video of a ski jumping done by a ten-year-old prodigy of our local club:
