I love the combination of honey and lemon, I think pancakes are a great addition to it) In Russia there are two different names for thin and thick pancakes, but in the English is only one word - pancake. I love both. I would be interested to pancake recipe with pieces of fruit. I remember, when I was little, my grandmother used to cook pancakes with apples) I loved eating with condensed milk!
