The first snow in Bucharest - MacroPhotos taken at -5 Celsius

After one month and a half of springy weather, winter is finally in Bucharest!

Today we had our first snow of the season. It was not an super abundant one, but enough to cover the earth and the plants with a thin white layer. 

I put on my warmest clothes, grabbed my Canon EOS 450D and off I went to the park to show you this new wintery scenery. 

I hope you enjoy these pics as much as I enjoyed taking them.

I'm not a fan of winter because I don't handle cold weather too well. I like the way nature looks like under a layer of snow but I'd rather live somewhere warmer during winter months. 
I don't know, it depends on each person. For someone coming from a tropical country it might be difficult to adapt to the low temperature, but anything is possible. :)

Buna Raluca,

In sfarsit, dupa lunga asteptare a venit si zapada, cum ziceau mai toti "degeaba este vacanta, degeaba daca nu a nins". Uite ca acum avem acest covoras fermecat, dar a venit si gerul cu el. In ce parc sunt facute aceste close-upuri dragute?
