I dont have seperate drives by Park I organize them by the day I took the photos but use tags to name them so I can search for any spot easily, that said I do have 4 or 5 external hard drives with photos on them, I keep two copies of each photo on different drives and have some free space still ( but not much soon it will be time to buy a new one but the good thing is they are getting cheaper) I have 10TB of external drives at the moment, so less than half of that would be individual photos ( ie not counting the duplicates )

I have photos going back till 2007 whenI started taking lots of photos from before then I only have a few hundred photos and they were smaller back then
