yep, and look at how quickly the media dismissed that.  I remember Van Jones was praising Trump for this in a rare CNN moment where one of their "gang members" broke from the script.  His costars tried to turn it on him showing that the left will eat their own if even the slightest dissent is detected.  

the only reason why I even know about the things Trump did for minorities is because of his own promoted posts on social media.  I did hear about the prison reform but didn't read much into what the details were since I tend to not break the law and therefore it doesn't really apply to me a great deal.
