It's different each time. I have to lay there for a few to see if I fall back asleep or not. Today for instance, woke up at 5am I was drowsy thought I could doze back off, I finally got out of bed right around 7 the whole time I spent laying there trying to just focus on breathing and relax. LOL then I got tired of laying there. Who knows at this point. I just try not stress over it. As my husband puts it 'Sleep when you can.'
