It all boils down to the approach that promoters use @liotap. Most promoters care more about the list of registered accounts for the sake of a blog post to earn them money more than they care about the continuity of those newbies. It's a tragedy though we try our best to correct that with the offline minnow school even if for now is not enough. Saw what you did with @imageconomy, it's awesome.
