Good point shared here. It might seem to be a long-winded application to stop ourselves in our tracks of judging another and for a moment rather work on understanding the reality of who or why someone is within their actions, but really it is a matter of practice which pays off over time. Within developing understanding of the reality around us, we simultaneously develop that understanding of who we are, the rewards of which are that we won't so easily be "duped" by our own mind anymore and will experience more stability in how we experience and handle situations which we used to automatically react to.
