Zucchini Casserole: Recipe

## Zucchini Casserole

## Ingredients:
* Milk 150 ml
* Young courgettes 2 pieces
* Egg chicken 3 pieces
* Parmesan cheese 50g
* Wheat flour 6 tablespoons
* Parsley ½ beam
* Salt to taste
* Pepper black ground to taste
* Dried basil to taste
* Olive oil 6 tablespoons

## Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate a small baking dish with olive oil. Zucchini cut into small cubes and put in a mold.

2. Finely chop the parsley. In a small bowl with wide edges lightly beat eggs with a fork, add milk, a pinch of dried basil and mix well.

3. Parmesan grate on a fine grater and add to the egg-milk mixture. Salt, pepper to taste, add the remaining olive oil and flour and mix until homogeneous.

4. Pour the resulting test zucchini, evenly distribute the mixture throughout the form. Put the form in the oven and bake for forty to forty-five minutes.

5. Once the surface of the casserole is properly browned, remove it from the oven and cool it down a little. Casserole can be served on the table directly in the form, so that it lasts longer hot and fragrant.
