The Screen was at Gods desk, the black screen was obviously a terminal-window cool looking matrix-thing, and let´s say the time was 4:20pm on a Sunday a few days ago or a few days from now, but most likely a few God-days from now. 

The "When" concept is interesting, when I start Sim City for example, I often start at the year 2000 and it don´t take many Fyrstikken-hours until the time inside Sim City is already at the year 2300 - in fact, I can speed it up and slow it down as I please. I can also savegame and go back to an earlier time and fix things that will go wrong in the future... But with AI and AD Sims, they should be able to fix the things themselves.

And your last question - who created the continuum? That is impossible to answer in a 3D World, much easier to answer on a higher dimension but since we are both stuck here in this 3D Dimension, trapped inside jail-cells called human bodies with no possibility to escape this reality without forcing ourselves into a virtual reality we have created ourself ... that question cannot be answered in 3D. The continuum can be seen clearly by holding a mirror up against another mirror.
