On one hand, you seem to be allowing that Adam was the first man, the Garden of Eden was a real place, the Earth (and universe) were created in a literal 6 days through God's power, and yet somehow controlling the growth of rats and bacteria is somehow an unbelievable feat for the Creator of the universe.

Would the "sinlessly perfect" men desire to be with the "sinful fallen women" or would it have been the end of the line for Eve? What if Adam and Eve had not sinned, but one or more of their children had fallen?
