But most modern wars if they’re successful go on being fired in complete secrecy

For example modern snipers often have silencers

The Russian government has been developing weapons that they can use to rob , when you do a killing and there’s an American involved, the US government sanctions you right away.
So what does the Russian government do?
They sell guns and drugs to get money
Why rob them
Well if you’re too hungry to get up and move….
