SBD was pumped to start the rally in STEEM. My guess is this is what "they" came up with after SF2, where like-minded people met to talk about the future of STEEM. That's why, for a very short period of time, you could get 5 STEEM for 1 SBD. It might happen again in the future, but not in the short term.
