Simple.  I was only involved in a contracted marketing consulting capacity with BANX - before any allegations of scam or otherwise.  I was not involved in any other way.  As of earlier this year, BANX filed bankruptcy in the UK, the authorities looked at their stuff, no criminal wrongdoing, so really anyone perpetuating falsehoods is just looking to forment problems.  Repeating things that are not true that you have no involvment with or knowledge of does not make something true.  And I lost money at BANX too, but you don't see me crying about it.
