Irukandji jellyfish is one of the smallest and venomous Jellyfish in the world. You want see them coming. I've ready stories of people drowning because they where stung by Irukandji jellyfish. That is of course indirectly killing people but I think under the right circumstances, one could kill a person directly, say a younger or older person for example was to get stung by one.
