I agree. Being new to Steemit it didn't take long to see how people abuse the system. Some things will never change in life but I agree that the Steemit community can control actions such as this by doing exactly what you said. Pointing these abusers out will put an unwanted spotlight on them. Some may change but I also fear some wont and just don't care. I believe self voting a comment should be eliminated from the system.
