I agree completely with your sentiment, but as you alluded to, it still won't solve the voting "self-stimulation" problem for people that have large amounts of Steem Power. Even if we are ignoring it, which I am as well, it still is going on. What are your thoughts on flagging? Do we qualify this now as Steemit abuse?
