1 in 11? That seems like a really high number. I would't have imagined it was that high. I would have thought it would be like 1 in 100. Being that I'm used to paying for the items I get, the idea is foreign to me. Just think of the resources that are wasted from this. It's probably worse when you consider that people will sell those items for a profit, or return to the store for credit.
