Este plato solía ser parte del amplio repertorio culinario de mi país, Venezuela, mucho antes de toda la crisis actual, que ya todos conocen, se que dentro de poco, tengo fe en ello, que volverá a ser la realidad.

Que bendición poder disfrutar de la comida.

La gastronomía es también un arte, lleno de colores, texturas, sabores, olores, composiciones, activa la creatividad, es mundial, y definitivamente es disfrutada por todos.

Si no me equivoco, ese plato tiene plátano frito, ¿es así? Esta mezcla es deliciosa; sin embargo, por aquí no se conoce. Yo tengo la suerte de tener una madre nacida en cuba que me acercó estos sabores y mezclas. Riquísimo plato.

¿Una madre cubana?

Eso sí que es una sorpresa.
Y es algo que enriquece, te ha permitido descubrir otras cosas de este lado del mundo. La comida cubana es muy sabrosa, su música es muuuy contagiosa, Caribe puro.

Definitivamente tu mamá ha de haber hecho mucho en ti, generando te una visión mucho más amplia amiga @gracielabarbulo.

Esto de cocinar es una pasión que tengo, me gusta mucho hacerlo. Inventar, aprender a hacer.

Por suerte, puedo hacerlo.

Sí, Jose, es verdad que la comida  cubana es muy sabrosa. En este momento estoy recordando un refresco que hacía mi madre hace años, y era cerveza con leche condensada: lo revolvía y se lo tomaba. ¿Lo has probado? Delicioso.

Me encanta escuchar que a un chico le gusta cocinar. Te felicito, porque es un arte muy agradecido: hay que comer ;)
