God bless you too! Stevia is a good herb to replace sugar, do you know this herb? they use it to sweeten yerba mate. Also burdock root is good and burdock seed is very good for the kidneys also stinging nettle is good for the kidneys which are usually hurt by diabetes.

Many thanks i know the stevia and know about this plants i do not have but i know where i can buy it. Well i use it for an alternative for sugar free, Well the other plant that you say burdock i do not know, here in El Salvador i think it is not exist in wild situaction but i review the network for be sure, that we do not have a plant similar to this with his medicinal benefits.
