Thanks for sharing. Great video. "You attract what you are, not what you want" is very true, and is the lesson that many fervent practitioners of the law of attraction should learn, because even though we should surely take of our thoughts, it is not about thinking of something so long until we get it. Attracting what we are instead requires doing the inner work, clearing our baggage and truly reprograming us from the inside out...as he says, actually the present has nothing to do with the past unless we choose so. If we choose to see that the present is absolutely new and in itself free from any meaning we gave the past, we can mold new feelings into the present moment. It takes time yes, but it is guaranteedly beneficial to our well-being on all levels over time...

It makes me so happy and grateful meeting you, absorbing your wise words! To let go of the past without forgetting it is one of my hardest challenges. I have to remind myself every day to live NOW and create the future I wish for.
