I already thought about creating something similar ... but I thought it was very hard to decentralize a football club. And also thought it is hard to combine this with the Rules of DFL (German Football League) and UEFA ... Maybe at Brazil this is different. I m really looking forward to see how your are going to do this. Good Luck !
