This is a very helpful post and contains all that needs to be known by a Minnow. I have read similar posts on Welcome page and few other readers but this one had little more stuff which I was looking for. 

And one more thing, you write really good. You got the message out very beautifully and in a story form. Being a writer, I could feel the flow.
