Not surprised considering how @exyle is notorious for voting for low effort / quality circlejerkers. 

This really sends home the message of your alignment w  spammers, scammers, plagiarists and other forms of token manipulators.

If you dislike negative curation, why not just go to WhaleShares? Oh, I forgot... Because that token doesn't have meaningful value to be exploited... 

Whereas Steem does and much of that can be attributed to negative curation / moderation activities (such as our group at @steemflagrewards) that would be impossible without the downvote feature.

Indeed, it is a **feature** which you readily express intent to discard perhaps because you disagree w some instances of it's use.

Every heard the expression "Don't throw the baby out w the bathwater". That's precisely what you are advocating but you fail to present a reasonable rationale so the comment imo is less than worthless and thus downvoted.

However, it is important we let others know of this intention. We should all write posts exposing this. Thanks for letting us know at least.
