I absolutely love your look on this. It's such a different perspective from what I'm used to be seeing around here. I admit, I was one of those people who complained about Steemit not being fair and all that in the very beginning when I first started out, but now I realise that I felt that way out of anger of not seeing my posts do well.

*I was the one who was unfair.*

I didn't think of how much I contributed to the community and only thought of my own self-interest and didn't give a fuck about others. But fortunately, I'm out of that phase now with a valuable lesson in my mind.

Like you said, it's only fair if it's fair for all and not just for one person. The value you bring into the community is what you get rewarded for. How you make your audience feel and what lessons and qualities you can teach them is what makes you stand out from everyone else which is exactly how you eventually make progress and gather attention on your work.

Yes, it's unfair. But it's fairly unfair. Those people who earn the big bucks have **earned** that unfairness either because of taking huge risks or having exclusive skills which no one else has.

I'm really impressed by how you explained this concept. It really opened my mind a bit and made me think. Thanks for this wonderful piece of writing. Very thought-provocative :)

People very rarely factor in the risks taken with both the assets and the reputation for people to get where they are. A lot s given up at times that no one else will ever know.

You are welcome.
