If you think the quality of his are not relevant then you are wrong. There are dozens of steemers who reap huge ammounts of reward prize pool and those whales are not after them because their content is higher quality!

Then when a new steemians join the site when they see a high paid post they think - "ah ok - higher quality = higher payout" so they try themself to make quality content.

When you looked at this guy's post u see a big title BITCON PRICE JUMP RANDOM PERCENT ETC ETC ETC, few sentences written similar way and a screenshot of some graph. That's ugly af and make people irritated, that he is receiving so much. If you think they are downvoting him only for reason that they are *greedy whales thay want all the money for themself* then hmm... maybe you are right here. I don't know them personally, maybe they are greedy whales or maybe have long-term reasons. Doesn't matter to me, I agree with their decision.
