AFAIK, the whitepaper juxtaposes the contribution of contents and the contribution of capital, so your point hits the bull's eye.

I think we need more feasible business models that converts attention into investment. Also we need somewhat more incentives for "pure" investors, who are less willing to spend time and attention on contents.

BTW, a minor correction:
