My main concern about Steem is that there doesn't seem to be anything backing the currency. Dollars are backed by the US government. Shares have dividends. What's keeping steem from being completely bubble based? I'm vaguely aware of a card game that uses steem, but what else? Can steem really support itself on a card game alone? I guess what I'm asking is, what's stopping steem from turning into a bubble?
