어차피 발행되는 스팀의 수는 동일합니다. 그 것이 누구에게 가든 시장은 동일하게 반응 할겁니다. 권한을 축소 시키는 것은 오히려 스팀의 가치를 떨어 뜨릴지 모릅니다. 나라면 권리가 축소된 스팀을 사지는 않겠죠
