The only way probably you can have any form of censorship on the blockchain is if your post is voted down into oblivion. That is a different topic all together though.

That actually doesn't censor your post on the blockchain, but only on front ends. There is a way to censor the blockchain, but it requires 17 of the 20 top witnesses to agree to fork the blockchain. You'd have to really piss them off. Please, don't.
